We expect each of our teachers/mentors to help each student to explore the possibilities and to bring out of the students their thoughts and opinions in an open and sharing setting, as to how they reason and process information. The end result we are raising up global leaders that must know who they are in their identity and how to reason and communicate their ideas using sound reasoning.
